Diversity, equity & inclusion

Committed to social impact and sustainability, we take pride in breaking down barriers for overlooked talent and building solutions that prioritise people over profit.

Breaking down barriers | Elevating career

Vantage Point Global is a social impact business. Creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive talent pipeline for our clients is our business model, and breaking down the complex barriers to entry that exist for many talented people is our priority. It is our mission to help our clients onboard and nurture talent representative of the communities they serve and promote social mobility.

Leveraging innovative technology and a decade of assessment expertise, we ensure that candidates can demonstrate their skills, talents, and potential without discrimination. Our technical assessment platform combines AI with human expertise and is designed to promote diversity and reduce unconscious bias. This approach has enabled us to recruit a consultant base that is diverse in gender, ethnicity, and socioeconomic background.

Embracing the value of neurodiversity in technology, we adapt our assessment tools for neurodivergent candidates. We partner with specialist organisations that source and support talent with conditions such as dyslexia, autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, and Tourette’s, ensuring our talent pool is inclusive.

Our results speak for themselves: 44% of our consultants identify as women, including career changes and returners, many have disclosed neurodivergence and disability, and our network of community partners continues to help us recruit from diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds

Early careers

For many talented individuals, breaking into the industry can be a daunting challenge. Traditional recruitment methods often pose barriers for those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, neurodivergent individuals, or those without a degree. We believe this needs to change.

Our Elevate Programme identifies and nurtures high-potential talent, including school leavers, graduates, and early-career professionals. We equip them with the in-demand skills that our clients urgently need. Supported by our dedicated teams, these individuals are deployed to client sites where they continue to grow in skills and confidence. Our ultimate goal is for them to become the long-term talent and future leaders our clients seek, eventually joining them as permanent employees.

Returners

There are many reasons skilled people take breaks from their career. When they're ready to return to work, recruitment bias means they often face an uphill battle.

We welcome and support parents, carers, veterans, military spouses and career changers, who bring with them valuable experience and deep expertise, on our programmes, helping them to reignite their careers.

Recruiting without bias

CV scanners, assessment centres, technical tests, and interviews can all introduce bias, limiting opportunities for brilliant individuals.

We leverage cutting-edge technology and a decade of assessment experience to ensure all candidates can showcase their skills, talents, and potential without discrimination.

By providing opportunities for everyone, we adapt our approach to meet the needs of our people, whether through adjusted interview setups or line manager training for neurodiversity.

We manage, you grow.
